The day, hour by hour

Tell us the mission
Route, date, passenger count, and how much luggage is genuinely coming. Luggage is the variable that most often changes the aircraft.
- Within 24 hours
A written quote
Naming the aircraft type, the operator, the certificate they hold and everything included. No commission is buried inside it.
- On confirmation
Handling and ground
We file the handling requests, arrange immigration at the FBO, and place your car.
- Departure
Arrive 20 minutes before
That is genuinely all a private terminal requires. There is no queue to be early for.
Where you meet us
Al Maktoum (DWC) or Dubai International (DXB) private terminal
The FBO is confirmed with your flight brief
If you cannot find the driver
Give the driver the FBO name from your brief, not the main terminal — private terminals have separate access roads.
What to bring
- Passports for every passenger, including infants
- Luggage weights if you are close to the aircraft limit
How this is priced
Charter and bespoke work has no shelf price — the same route costs differently depending on where the aircraft is positioned that week, crew duty hours and airport slots. Tell us the route, the date, the passenger count and the real luggage, and you get a written quote naming the aircraft, the operator and everything included. No commission is hidden inside it.
If you need to cancel
Charter terms are set by the operating carrier and vary by aircraft; typical windows run 72 hours to 7 days with sliding cancellation fees. Your written quote states the exact terms before you commit — we will never let you sign without reading them.
Questions people actually ask
Do you own the aircraft?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We arrange charter through licensed operators, and every flight is flown by an air operator certificate holder in the country of departure. What we control is the sourcing, the ground arrangements and the honesty of the quote.
Why is there no fixed price list?
Because private aviation genuinely has no shelf price. The same route costs differently depending on where the aircraft is positioned that week, crew duty hours, and airport slots. Any published rate card is either a lead magnet or a worst-case number.
What is an empty leg?
An aircraft repositioning without passengers. If your dates and route happen to match one, the saving is substantial — often 50 to 70 per cent. They cannot be planned around, but we will tell you when one fits.
How many bags can we take?
Far fewer than people assume. A light jet's baggage hold is smaller than a car boot. Tell us what is really coming and we will size the aircraft to it rather than surprising you at the steps.
Can you arrange the ground as well?
In the UAE and India, yes, ourselves — the same cars, drivers and guides that run our tours. Elsewhere we arrange it through partners and say so.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks gives the best pricing and choice. Same-day is often possible in the Gulf; it simply costs more.
