Zaid Tours is a tour operator, not a marketplace. In the UAE and India the cars, the drivers and the guides are ours; in the USA we are a ticket agent that charges no booking fee. We are registered and operating in all three countries.
Why that distinction matters
On a marketplace, your booking is an advertisement that gets passed to whichever local supplier accepts it first. Nobody there knows your name until the morning of the trip, and nobody can change your day while you are standing in it. When you book with us in Dubai or Delhi, the person who answers the phone can move a pickup, swap a stop, or send a different car.
What we will not do
We do not write our own reviews, quote prices we have not verified, or publish photographs of experiences we do not run. Where a supplement exists, we name it. Where the weather or a closure day is likely to ruin a plan, we say so before you pay rather than after.
Travel grandly. Tread lightly.
We plan trips gently where planning can make a difference: fewer transfers, fuller vehicles, routes that waste nothing. We do not claim carbon neutrality, because we have not measured and offset our emissions yet. When we have, this page will say so and show the receipts.
