1. Who you are contracting with
Zaid Tours LLC ("we", "us"). {{TBC: registered address, company number, and which entity contracts in each country}}Contact: info@zaid.tours, +971 58 518 4456.
2. Operator or agent
In the UAE and India we generally act as the operator — the vehicles, drivers and guides are ours. In the United States, and for private aviation everywhere, we generally act as an agent, arranging services supplied by licensed third parties. Each product page states plainly which applies. Where we act as agent, the supplier's own terms also apply to that service.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us or our booking provider — not when payment is initiated. Prices shown are per person unless stated, in the currency shown. Other currencies displayed on this site are approximate conversions for orientation only; you are charged in the listed currency.
Private aviation and bespoke itineraries are quoted individually. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to aircraft and slot availability at the time of confirmation.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time on most products, refunded in full to the original payment method. The window is48 hours where entry tickets are issued in your name and cannot be transferred — the Taj Mahal is the common case. Private aviation follows the operating carrier's terms, stated in your written quote before you commit.
Inside the window we cannot refund, because the vehicle, guide or timed slot is already committed. The cancellation terms on each product page govern that product.
5. If we cancel
If we cancel for any reason — vehicle failure, a closure we should have anticipated, or conditions that make the trip pointless — you receive a full refund or an alternative date, whichever you prefer.
6. Weather, closures and things outside our control
We do not refund for weather alone, and we tell you the known risks before you book: December and January fog in Agra, summer heat in the Gulf, hurricane season in Florida. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, civil unrest, government action, airspace restrictions or monument closures ordered at short notice.
7. Your responsibilities
- Hold a valid passport and any visa required for the countries you are visiting. We do not provide visas and are not responsible for refused entry.
- Arrive at the stated meeting point at the stated time. We cannot refund a missed departure.
- Tell us at booking about medical conditions, mobility needs, allergies or the ages of children, where these affect the service.
- Observe local law and the dress codes at religious sites. Entry can be refused on the spot and no refund arises.
8. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and repatriation. We do not provide insurance.
9. Liability
We accept liability for failures in services we supply directly. Where we act as agent, our liability is limited to the arrangement of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the applicable law does not permit it.
10. Photography
We may photograph tours for our own use. Tell your guide if you would rather not appear, and we will not photograph you.
11. Complaints
Tell your guide or driver at the time — most problems can be fixed on the day. If not, write to info@zaid.tours within 30 days of the trip and we will respond.
12. Governing law
