Zaid Tours LLC ("Zaid Tours", "we", "us") operates this website at zaid.tours and sells tours, experiences, tickets and private aviation services.{{TBC: registered address and company number}}

What we collect
Only what we need, and only when you give it to us:
- When you enquire or book — your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- When you book — passport details where a monument or airline requires them for ticketing, such as the Taj Mahal.
- When you browse — standard server request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) and, if you consent, analytics about which pages are read.
We never see your card details. Payments are processed by our booking provider. Card numbers do not pass through this website and are not stored by us.
What we do with it
- Arrange and deliver the trip you booked, including passing the details a supplier genuinely needs — a driver needs your hotel, a monument needs your passport number.
- Answer your enquiry.
- Send you information about your booking. We do not add you to a marketing list because you booked.
- Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the countries where we operate.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in delivering your trip.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your language and currency preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device. Analytics and the booking widget may set their own cookies; where consent is required, we ask first.{{TBC: confirm once analytics and the Bókun widget are live}}
How long we keep it
Booking records for as long as tax and accounting law requires in the relevant country. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@zaid.tours and we will respond within 30 days. Where a booking is already in progress, some details must be retained until the trip and its accounting are complete.
Where your data goes
We operate in the UAE, the United States and India, so delivering a trip may mean transferring your details to the country you are visiting. Our website hosting and booking provider may store data outside your home country.{{TBC: name the specific processors once hosting and Bókun are live}}
